Apple stores have long been destinations, able to attract large and loyal crowds on the strength of — and hype around — the company’s products and the standout design of the spaces themselves.

But their Downtown Brooklyn store has to be on of their most aesthetically pleasing, wonderfully designed and brilliantly engineered stores.

​

Downtown Brooklyn's Atlantic Terminal offers plenty of commotion both above and below ground. It's for that reason that Apple's flagship retail store was designed to minimize those distractions, with custom made floors and ceilings that dampen street noise and even cut down on ground vibrations.
